I am obsessed with eyebrows, I think they are the most important feature, and definetly the first thing I notice on a person. I recommend dying your eyebrows every 2-4 weeks whether you have light or dark hair. I use a mixture of brown and black and leave it on for around 10 minutes. Although the recommended time is only 30 seconds, I have been doing it long enough to know what suits me. If you are trying it for the first time; it is safer to apply for 30 seconds, wipe off and repeat this until you get the perfect colour. Next step is pluck/wax/thread, whatever your chosen method to take away any excess hairs top and bottom to create an arch. I finish off with brushing hairs upwards and using small scissors cut any long hair and then brush downwards and cut any long hair. I also recommend growing your eyebrows for 8-12 weeks to get a thicker eyebrow. If your eyebrows still look too thin, or one eyebrow because one is usually thinner than the other, use a pencil to match your colour, or eyebrow powder to fill in any gaps, do it very very lightly and build up so that you dont have any obvious bold lines. I have attached some pictures of perfect eyebrows! Enjoy :)

OOTN
Those nights where you haven't planned to go out at all, you have 30 minutes to get ready and choose an outfit! This was one of those nights... I loved the puffball skirt from zara so it was just to find something to match that. As you can see I chose a mustard vest top and coral heels! My hair was wavy from the curly hair tutorial the day before! Hope you like my ootn.
OOTN
Here is a casual ootn, the main reason I wanted to post this was to show you these trousers which I think are amazing which I got for £5! I couldn't believe when I saw them that they were so inexpensive. They are a light silk material and extremely comfortable to wear and have a pocket on either side. The shoes are from daisystreetshoes.co.uk and the top was a bodice from newlook that I cut and hemmed into a crop top. Enjoy!xoxo
Hair
This is two hairstyles inspired by Rihanna, my friend Kasia done the it by doing a french plete, starting from the back until halfway up my head and securing it with kirbies. The rest of my hair was curled tightly and backcombed then pinned to the side using a kirbie.
ps. I have no makeup on so don't judge me! xoxo

Runwaydreamz
OH MY GOODNESS! Looking through an amazing blog called PaperDollybird.blogspot.co.uk (Hi Laura if you see this) I saw a post on denim shorts from a website called runwaydreamz.com and they are just incredible!!! I adore the multicoloured, dipdye styled ones pictured at the top especially and I think they would be perfect for my birthday party coming up which is beach themed! They are $221 so I think I would have a go at making my own first of all with just a little less studs on the back but keep the colours the same as they are gorgeous! Shorts are probably my favourite piece of clothing to wear, especially high waisted as it flatters my figure more so I am very excited to attempt to make these, I will keep y'all updated! xoxo

Eye Makeup
Today I have been practising makeup on my good friend K I have an interview coming up where I have to show some pictures of work I have done! I used tape to create the straight line "cat eye" look, brown and black eyeshadow to build up a base colour and then gold gel from the art store to add some lovely glitter! I filled in her eyebrows and applied false eyelashes! :) :) Hope you like my makeup, please leave a comment xoxoxoxo

MY STYLE ICON
Yasmin is a singer born in Manchester but raised in Glasgow (yey!) I adore her music, and have attached one of my favourite songs On My Own which you should have a listen to if you haven't already. Her style is so classic and elegant and very much suits her. I like the way she isn't afraid to wear things out of the ordinary and still carries it off! And she accessorises brilliantly too, long nails painted bright or pastel colours (my favourite!) My favourite outfit was from the Brits 2011, a classic black maxi dress, with backless detail to show off her lovely tattoo and full fringe with ballerina bun! My all time favourite hairstyle! I hope you like Yasmin as much as me, please leave a comment!xoxox

I love everything about this dress, the asymmetrical cut, the colour and the glitter! I found it in the topshop sale for less than £25! I can't remember the exact price, it was a little loose up top so I put a small stitch you can see in the top picture above, I teamed it with black skinny belt (h&m) and black patent heels (newlook). My hair is up except from 2 curls at the front, and my makeup is smokey cat eye, foundation (mac) blusher (bareminerals) and lipgloss (topshop)! Hope you like my NYE outfit from 2011! Larissa xoxo
Here is one of my favourite evening outfits from 2011. I found this dress in Primark for around £13! I love the style of it, as I don't like dresses to be too tight fitting, I also love the material, it was so comfortale to wear and suits my skin tone. It won't be on sale anymore as I bought it October 2011 but if I was to wear it again, I would alter it by changing the belt and wearing it back to front so that the little opening was to the back and by making the opening bigger to make it a low-back dress which I think is acceptable as my arms and front are covered up! My shoes are black peep-toes to match the black belt and my jewellery is minimal, small gold bangle, small flower ring. My hair is wavy, I achieved this look by using babyliss curls (red handle) and my make up is red lips and bare eyes aka eyeliner and mascara.
Thanks for having a look at my OOTN any questions please comment xoxo
